I'm not receiving SMS messages from VK

SMS message may not reach you if:

• the number specified is invalid.

Make sure all the digits of the phone number you provided for receiving SMS messages are correct.

• the number is blocked due to insufficient funds in your mobile phone account.

Check your balance. If you have insufficient funds and your number is blocked, you need to top up the balance.

• messages from short phone numbers are blocked.

Ask your mobile service provider if this ban is in effect. If it is, ask for it to be removed. This can usually be done by calling your mobile service provider's hotline.

• you blocked certain phone numbers.

This feature is often found in mobile antivirus apps. Open your antivirus and check if any numbers are blocked.

• your message memory is full.

This can happen on any phone. Check if you have enough storage to receive SMS messages.

• you're in a roaming zone.

SMS messages may not reach you at all in a roaming zone. In other cases, you may just need to wait longer.
